EU based manufacturers, importers or downstream users can appoint LKC as their TPR. The advantage of appointing LKC is that confidential information such as special uses will not be made public to the supplier or other competitors in SIEF. A additional advantage is that LKC can represent you in many SIEFs and free clients resources by supporting the registration.
Service for Japan: Japan Chemical Substances Control Law (J-CSCL):LKC can conduct applications for Japanese registration. LKC prepares the necessary required formats (METI-formats) defined by J-CSCL. LKC can conduct translations for toxicology, ecotoxicology, biodegradation and accumulation studies. A full CD-R format preparation is available. LKC can provide advice on study design and monitor studies according to the J-CSCL guideline. LKC can negotiate directly with authorities on clients behalf as required.
