Crop Protection Registration

Registration of EU plant protection products is controlled by Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009. Each applicant must submit a dossier Annex II for the active substance and Annex III for a plant protection product. Regulation 1107/2009 and guidance documents describe details of the testing requirements and the dossier format. LKC has experience with the successful submission of paper and CADDY dossiers for crop protection products in the EU.
